I think this is her in 1870 Lønborg census: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid9197978
The primary at this location is Andreas Grøn Tranberg, estate owner of Lønborggaard. It would make sense that he would have many servants.
Tranberg orginated in Holstebro (chr. 1806, conf 1822), m. Emilie Schøn (6 nov 1828 Lemvig), lived in Bækmarksbro, Flynder in 1834 (btw Lomborg and Møborg - could he have known her family?), bought/acquired Lønborggård in 1841, passed to son in 1889, died 1890.

Bækmarksbro Manor ownership:
(1824-1828) J. Tranberg
(1828-1889) Andreas Grøn Tranberg
(1889-1934) Ernst Andreas Nikolaj Tranberg
(1934) Mathilde Jensen, married Tranberg

Lønborggaard ownership:
(1841-1889)A.G. Tranberg
(1889-1904)H.J. C. Tranberg
(1904-1939)Ernst C. Tranberg

I think this is her in 1880 Ramme census: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid10325296
The primary at this location is Peder Karl Grove Steffensen, who was trustee of Rammegaard, which might be an estate or large farm?

There is a 25-year gap (1865-1890) in my second great-grandmother's life for which I can find no definitive records other than bearing a child out of wedlock in 1877. I am trying to trace her movements in an effort to help identify my second great-grandfather. Her baptised name is Ane Elisabeth Invarsen (also Invardsen, Ingvarsen, Ingvardsen), born 2 Aug 1850 in Møborg, Ringkøbing, Denmark to Niels Christian Jensen and Inger Katrine Nielsen. I have also found her in various census records as Elisabeth Nielsen and Ane Elisabeth Nielsen.
I believe this record indicates she moved to Lønborg in 1865 (#20): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=398060#398060,74452942 and I think this is her on the 1870 census in Lønborg: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid9197978 based on age and birthplace.
Do you have any suggestions for other types of records that might shed light on her movements, or confirm the two records above? I've poked around in the Denmark Estate Records on FamilySearch, but there doesn't seem to be anything for the 1865-1870 time period for Lønborggaard. I'm not even sure if it would be typical for a tjenestepige to work at one location for five years.
Resources already found:
birth/christening in 1850 Møborg
confirmation 1865 Møborg
census 1855, 1860, 1890 Møborg, Lomborg
death/burial 1939 Lomborg
son birth/christening 1877 Møborg with note that she got pregnant in Ejsing, father's name either Karl Henrik Lauridsen or Karl Martin Henriksen
marriage 1885 Flynder to Peter Christensen/Kristensen

In front of maid it says "tyende" it meant that she was on some kind of contract. More like today's AuPair. From the mid 1850s you were no longer allowed to beat your adult tyende, Perhaps she was on a 5 years contract because she had nowhere else to go ?
That's good information to have. I have researched the Lønborggard estate owner Andreas Grøn Tranberg, and he was from Holstebro, and also owned Bækmark in Flynder. I wondered if maybe the families knew each other.
Could be, chasing your ancestors is a lot of work for sure . Good luck ! I'm Norwegianing live in Canada now but my mom was born and raised on a farm just outside Holstebro .

Here are some thoughts on your questions:
1. More records:
From her confirmation record, I found her baptism record but I believe you have that already. If she was born into a family with a father/mother and siblings, I would suggest you identify one of her brothers and try and follow him through the Military Records. This might show the movement of the family. For a woman, you would use the til- og afgangslister. These records are not always complete but I always check them. However, most priests quit recording them when they were no longer required. Estate records from this period usually deal with taxes and financial matters. You may find a mention of your ancestor and it may or may not include the information you are looking for.
I would search the internet for a local history or genealogy group for the areas you have identified. These groups may have other records not available online or through the state archives. I found city directories and pictures of homes at a local archive when I was there. I also had some luck finding my uncle's school records but this was in the 1900s.
2. Confirming the 1870 census and afgangsliste
You have probably heard one or more of us talk about the common names. If I remember the statistics correctly, 90% of Denmark cycles through 25 names. Your ancestor has 2 more unique names Elisabeth and Invarsen/Ingvarsen. This helps prove the 2 documents you have. I would say both are for your ancestor.
3. Working in the same place for 5 years or more years:
I have workers stay at the same place for more than 5 years.
I am very curious why someone born to Inger Katrine Nielsdatter and Niels Christian Jensen would end up with a patronymic surname of Ingvarsen/Invarsen. Both her confirmation record and baptism record name Niels Christian as her father but I cannot help but wonder if there is another part of this story we may not know.
I have wondered that too. It seem so out of character. I have asked family in Denmark if they know of a reason why, and they have no explanation.
Though, she was born before they married in 1851. Maybe the parents were just trying to be clever and unique and give her a surname based on her mother's name? And then she got teased in school and decided to mainly use her patronymic name.
I also suspect this is her in the 1880 census on another estate: https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/cid10325296
Ya, I think that is her as well.
This could be her going from Estvad to Ejsing (61): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=398465#398465,74460244
and arriving in Esjing (32):
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=402553#402553,74545730
which, being November 1869, might contradict her being in Lønborg in February 1870 for the census.
I would like to place her in Ejsing when she apparently got pregnant in '76 but no luck yet.
